Utah County Tile and Grout Cleaning we first spray down a high alkaline solution to loosen the dirt in the grout, to suspend it in a liquid form. Sometimes you need some agitation to loosen up the dirt along with the pre spray. I can use a buffer with a long bristle brush to scrub the tile & grout. And then I use a tile tool that spins, sprays and vacuums, which power washes the tile and grout and retrieves it at the same time, while being contained in the dome. Then I mop the floor to remove any excess water, then I set up air movers to dry the grout. When it is dry, I inspect the grout to see if there are any spots that need to be redone. Sometimes you can't see it until it is dry.   When it is all cleaned it is a good idea to seal the grout line ,   because grout is like cement and it is very porous.  Have you ever spilled oil on your driveway, after you washed it off the stain is still there because the oil is deep in the cement.  Well if you seal the grout , this will not happen.  The oil from your kitchen will not penetrate the grout and this is why you seal the  grout .

In these two videos we are steam cleaning the tile and grout with our spinner tool. it sprays boiling hot water at 1,500 psi while vacuuming up all the water in this dome so it will not make a mess

On this job it was quartz tile and our customer did not know that tile looked like this, he must of bought the house this way, so it was my customer taking the pictures to show his wife

On this job we had to scrub the tile with our buffer with this brush block because I think someone waxed this tile and we had to scrub off the topical coating first. 

This is a little hand tool we use to get to the hard to reach areas like around the toilet and next to the walls. In this picture we are cleaning around the fireplace with this Corbra tool
